2024 Suicide Prevention Poker Run
Who: All are welcome to participate in this free event. You can either join the motorcycle/trike ride that leaves the Prescott VA at 9 a.m., or meet everyone at the end of the ride around 12 p.m. for refreshments and live music at VFW Post #10227, 2375 N 5th St, in Prescott Valley. What: 2024 Suicide Prevention Poker Run. This is a free event to bring awareness to Veteran suicide in a fun and educational way. Where: Starts at Prescott VA Medical Center, 500 Hwy 89 North, Prescott, travels through the Verde Valley and ends in Prescott Valley. See the Eventbright page for a complete road map. When: Riders are encouraged to arrive at the Prescott VA Medical Center at 8 a.m. to prepare for the ride that begins at 9 a.m. Why: To learn how to help prevent Veteran suicide while also enjoying a beautiful ride with great company through Northern Arizona. How: Registration for this free event is encouraged by going to Eventbright and searching for “2024 Suicide Prevention Poker Run”.

Riders are encouraged to arrive at the Prescott VA Medical Center at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7 to prepare for the ride that begins at 9 a.m. The ride has several stops along the way and takes about 3 hours to complete.
