Advice for a Happy Life

We all want to be happy, but given the state of the modern world, we may be asking ourselves, how? Join us for this special public talk with Gen-la Kelsang Jampa the Resident Teacher at the IKRC Grand Canyon. Gen-la will share with us simple and practical advice for how to live a meaningful and happy life. This advice comes to from Buddha but is suitable for everyone without exception. Following the public talk, Gen-la Jampa will teach a six-week series on Sunday mornings highlighting some of the advice given from an ancient Buddhist text “Advice from Aisha’s Heart.” Everyone is welcome to attend!
