Gettin' Funky on the Housetop

Let the sounds of the YC Trailblazers and Roughriders Jazz Big Bands sweep you off your feet this winter! Selections include holiday jazz and other favorites to warm up the cold holiday evening. As a special treat, Performing Arts Department dance students of all ages will be performing original choreography by Professor Mary Heller, inspired by the skills of the dance students in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary, and Improv. As assortment of talented improvisational dancers will be featured on the Trombone Shorty funk hit “Backatown” and Ryan Fraley's “Bad Apple." You don't want to miss this unprecedented evening of enjoyment!
