Heart Failure Education Class
Heart failure is a chronic condition that needs to be managed every day. Our Heart Failure Education Class is here to help. Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center is dedicated to providing you current, accurate, and useful information about your medical condition, as well as treatment options. This 90-minute class is fun, informative, and interactive. It is designed to provide you with the information and tools you need to successfully manage your heart condition and improve your quality of life. A care partner is welcome to attend with you.
