Part-Time Yard Maintenance Coordinator

We are hiring a Yard Maintenance Coordinator to maintain a commercial yard and manage inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize materials, tools, and equipment in an orderly fashion.
• Track inventory and update records as needed.
• The yard must be kept in pristine condition at all times.
  • Dispose of trash properly as needed.
  • Maintain weeds on a 1-acre parcel as needed.

• Previous experience tracking inventory and maintaining a commercial yard.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors on various tasks in different weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 90+ lb.
• Background check and drug screening.
