The Phippen Museum in Prescott is once again hosting the Arizona Pastel Artists Association International Show (APAA). The exhibition and sale runs from February 22 through April 25, 2025. Visitors will be wowed by the brilliant colors and variety of subject matter of the juried pastel artworks. A grand opening reception will be held on March 1st from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. The reception includes a pastel demonstration, luncheon and awards ceremony, which are open to the public and free of charge. Harrison-Parsons is the show’s awards judge and is a nationally recognized artist whose paintings are inspired by the natural world. Paintings in the exhibition include works from ten local artists plus 70 artists from North America, Europe and Asia. Collectors and enthusiasts will enjoy creativity in subject matter adorned in the rich and saturated colors only pastels can achieve.
